Activity Description:
Entering the Island of Abu Dhabi over “Maktha Bridge” see the structure of the world-famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque. – The carpet measures 5,627 m2 and has a weight of 35 tons. We will have an hour stop to this magnificent mosque which allows non Muslims to discover and learn about the unique Masterpiece Architecture. Cruising down to the Corniche, pass by the iconic Etihad Towers completing the skyline of Abu Dhabi and on the other side, stop to take pictures at the Emirates Palace – the second most expensive Hotel in the World: Construction cost: approx.3 billion USD. From the emirate’s palace, turning right towards the sea, discover the new Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace, 90,000 sq ft of pure luxury. The Journey continues to The Heritage Village, which allows you to get a glimpse into the past of the Emirates for one and a half hour. The open museum displays its amazing culture with an ongoing work by the local craftsmen in their workshops. The visit to the Heritage villages includes a delicious Arabic style lunch upon booking. The Tour continues along the beautiful Corniche Road, passing by the Abu Dhabi Port and crossing over to “Sadyiaat Island”, the cultural district of Abu Dhabi. On the left side you can see the future “Louvre Abu Dhabi”, an iconic construction, and then we stop at the Ferrari world for a quick photo stop before we head back.
